oooo I like this thread! I'll start with my single favorite piece of Jerry music, which I believe to be one of the most moving pieces of music ever, which is a Mission in the Rain

Mission In The Rain (1978-03-14 - Boston Music Hall)

Mystery Train (1979-03-19 - Stanley Theater)

The Harder They Come (1981-02-09 - Ocean State Theater), stratocaster! I cannot imagine a version better than the one I mentioned. I would would love to hear the one from '78 you suggested but do not have it. Have you heard the 81-02-09 version?

How Sweet It Is (1978-03-19 - Stanley Theater)

I Second That Emotion (1983-05-26 - Auditorium Theater & 1978-03-19)

Midnight Moonlight (1978-03-14 - Boston Music Hall)

Rueben and Cherise (1982-04-10 - Capitol Theater)

Sitting In Limbo (1981-02-09 - Ocean State Theater)

Tore Up (1992-10-31 - Oakland Coliseum)

How Sweet It Is from 4-11-75; Actually, there are a number of definitive versions of songs from this show - if only there was a good SBD.

This "How Sweet It Is" is comparable to Morning dew from 5-8-77 in its definitiveness.

I like The Maker and Breadbox from 10/31/92.

Along w/ any of the Garcia/Grisman from the Warfield in 1991.

Maurice,

Is there a copy of that show on-line somewhere?
